Service Description
Start your fitness journey by inquiring through me, or coming in at The Other Body Shop 24/7 Fitness Center. I cater each workout to your specific needs and design each of my programs to achieve fitness goals safely and efficiently. We will incorporate a variety of strength-training, mobility work and cardio to create a balanced routine. I like to do monthly check-ins to ensure that you are on track, and to reevaluate our goals. I can give nutritional advice and guide you along a path to eating in a way that supports your goals and makes you feel good! Overall, training is for YOU and I want to create something that will make you feel good now, and in the long-term.
